City Tour Lima
We will start by picking up all our participants from their different hotels in Lima, and then start with a small visit to the Intihuatana Park, established on the Malecón of Miraflores, where will appreciate the magnificent Pacific Ocean.
We will continue our tour of the residential districts in the modern areas of Miraflores and San Isidro; we will have the opportunity to observe the Huaca Pucllana, pre-Inca ceremonial temple in the shape of a pyramid that despite the urban expansion of Lima has endured.
We will continue the tour to continue to the Parque del Olivar and the Financial Center of Lima, and then visit the Historic Center of Lima, named by UNESCO in 1991 as a World Heritage Site Cultural of the Humanity. Visit to the Paracas Reserve
This is a large protected area located southwest of the city of Pisco. The name of this beautiful place is derived from a Quechua word that means “sand rain”, probably because of the strong winds that blow at night in this place. The Reserve of Paracas is also very important as its waters are home to abundant amounts of zooplankton and phytoplankton, allowing a variety of fish to be caught industrial and artisanal.
This is a very important activity in the town of Pisco. The Reserve of Paracas is located in an area of 335,000 hectares and is considered one of the the most important ecosystems on the planet. During our visit, we will be able to appreciate the beautiful cliffs and beaches, in this place we can learn about the marine flora and fauna of the Paracas Reserve.
We will take the bus back to Paracas and head to Ica for about 3 hours. Upon arrival in Ica, we will continue with the tubular excursions by the dunes of the Huacachina, being a fantastic adventure in the middle of the desert where we will enjoy the high and low dunes and where you can feel the adrenaline rush on these natural desert roller coasters.
In the same tour through the desert, you will be able to practice sandboarding; our guide will instruct you so that you can do it safely and if in case you do not have experience in this sport, our guide will instruct you in such a way that you will feel safe to do so.
At about 06:00 pm we will take the bus to Ica where we will spend the night.

At the agreed hour in the morning we will pick you up from the hotel and leave for the Nazca where we will board a light plane for an unforgettable air tour over the Nazca Lines.
Our bilingual guide (Spanish / English) will assist you at all times until to board the plane.
This flight over the Nazca Lines will extend over most of the famous located in the Nazca Desert, whose surface is marked by gigantic drawings and geometrical figures that you will be able to appreciate along the way.
The overflight to the Nasca lines is for approximately 35 minutes and this is the best way of appreciating these extraordinary and fascinating lines intrinsically drawn that have been a mystery for many years. We will be able to appreciate the different figures drawn in the surface of the Nazca Desert, with animal and plant representations perfectly stylized, distributed in a large maze of lines, trapezes, triangles and spirals that have lasted for almost 2,000 years. This place is one of the most unbelievable that a culture has left behind and that can only be appreciated from the sky to a altitude of 1500 feet.
At the end of the flight we will have time to have lunch and take a bus to Arequipa at 02:30 pm arriving at our destination at 11:30 pm approximately.

We will have the morning free to be able to rest, to walk a little for the center of the city and lunch.
Arequipeña (optional and additional tour)
At about 2:00pm after pick up we will start the tour, we will go to the district of Cayma visiting there the Carmen Alto Viewpoint where you can appreciate the beautiful valley of Arequipa, the Chili River and the three volcanoes that surround the White City
Afterwards, we go to the District of Yanahuara to visit the viewpoint of the same name, built in ashlar as well as its church of mixed baroque style. Continuing with our tour we will pass by the Iron Bridge (Designed by Gustavo Eiffel), to go to the Sachaca viewpoint on which is the highest in the whole city from where you can see all the Arequipa countryside.
Then we will visit the Founder's Mansion which is a large house where the son of the founder of the city of Arequipa which was also taken by the Chileans in the war as a headquarters.
Then we go to the town of Sabandia here we can appreciate the hydraulic mill of Sabandia, used to grind the grain, this mill is from the colonial era, ending the tour we will pass through the district of Paucarpata to observe its terraces and pre-Inca terraces. Then we will visit the Plaza de Armas where the day's excursion ends.

At the scheduled hour of departure to Chivay. We will start the tour by the road to Yura, where we will admire the natural and cultural landscape of this area, we will border the majestic Chachani volcano and we will continue through the Salinas and Aguada Blanca National Reserve until we reach Pampa Cañahuas, in where the guide will explain about the flora and fauna of the zone. We will be able to appreciate the natural habitat of the South American camelids within them LA VICUÑA.
We will continue the tour until we reach a small stop in Patahuasi (house at the top) to drink the hot coca tea, very for height where we will be. We will continue the journey to the bofedales where different species live of both migratory birds to the area according to season. We will continue our journey until we reach Patapampa, the highest point of the trip located at 4900 m.a.s.l. which I also know how to Viewpoint of the Andes, here you can see different volcanoes like Misti, HualcaHualca, Sabancaya, Ampato, Ubinas and Chachani.

These open-air baths have thermal water where you can enjoy a very relaxing moment, after the bus tour of the tomorrow.
After a prudent hour, we will return to the hotel so that we can rest and spend the night in the town of Chivay.

After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, we will start with the day's excursion to the Mirador de la Cruz del Condor, where you can observe the majestic flight of the condors and the canyon depth. On this trip, we will stop at the village of YANQUE to observe its colonial church, dances of the Wititi as well as the typical costume of the Zone.
Back to Chivay, we will visit the villages of PINCHOLLO, MACA, ACHOMA, where the guide will explain us their different customs of the area as well as the Lito models, colonial churches and terraces.

We will take the bus to Puno. During the trip, the bus makes small excursions in route, where we will be able to appreciate a little more of the fauna and flora on the way to the Titicaca Lake.

At 7:00 am, our staff will pick you up from the hotel and take you to the port of Lake Titicaca; our local guide will be waiting for us with the boat to start our great adventure on Lake Titicaca. We will leave in the direction of Uros, on the way our guide will explain important points of this majestic lake, soon after we will arrive at the famous floating islands of the Uros.
We will make the excursion in the island of Uros, visiting its inhabitants and learning about customs of these communities that have lived for years in the highlands.
After visiting these, we will return to the boat and continue our trip towards the Island of Taquile.
We will sail for approximately 3 hours on the Titicaca in the direction of Taquile, a huge island that is characterized by its magnificent and beautiful fabrics. Our journey to Cusco will last 10 hours approximately, where we will have 4 excursions and guided tours to the most interesting places in the southern highlands visiting the temple of Andahuaylillas or Sistine Chapel of America, the Inka temple of Raqchi, the Raya at 4335 meters above sea level and the Inka Aymara Museum in Pukara.
Each visit lasts from 20 to 40 minutes, where they can ask questions, take pictures and explore the attractions of the place, making this experience an unforgettable one.
We will arrive in Cusco at 4:30 pm, we will be picked up from the train station and we will transfer to the hotel where we will spend the night.

Our transfer will visit you at your hotel to take you to the starting point of your tour, between 13:00 hrs and 13:30 hrs.

This day we will make the tour to the Sacred Valley of the Incas, tour that will start at 08:30 hrs from tomorrow, when we will pick you up at your hotel. The first place to visit is Pisaq with its typical craft market; you will also visit the archaeological group of Pisaq with its picturesque terraces cultivated in the mountains. Then we will go to Urubamba where we have included a buffet lunch. Continuing with the tour, we will go to the Fortress of Ollantaytambo known also as the living Inca city.
Finally, we will go to the train station of Ollantaytambo, to board the train that leaves at 16:36 hrs (can change depending on the date of reservation) to Aguas Calientes, where we will arrive at 18:09 hrs. (According to schedule), we will spend the night in a selected hotel in Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu).

After getting up very early and having breakfast, we will go up to the Inca citadel of Machu Picchu and we will be able to appreciate the spectacular dawn of this marvel.
You will make an excursion with our guide by the citadel of Machu Picchu, by space of 2 hours; in the tour will visit the most important sites of this city such as the Main Square, the Tower Circular, the Sacred Solar Clock, the Royal Rooms, the Temple of the Three Windows and the Cemeteries. See will give you time off to take a walk around the citadel. You will have all morning at Machu Picchu take pictures and be in this mystical place.
At the end of your free time, you will take the bus back to Aguas Calientes and according to the train schedule back to Ollantaytambo will go to the station of Ollantaytambo, when you arrive our staff will be waiting for you, to transport you by bus to the city of Cusco, arriving at 11:00 p.m. on average.

Flight Cusco - Puerto Maldonado
Wait in Puerto Maldonado and transfer to Ecoamazonia.
Upon arrival in Puerto Maldonado, the Biodiversity Capital of Peru, we will welcome you at the airport. Then we will start our program, with a bus tour of the city.
Afterwards we will go to the Capitanía Port, where our boat will be waiting for you to navigate the Bajo Madre de Dios River (Serpentine River), until we reach our lodge, located thirty kilometers from the city of Puerto Maldonado.
On the way, you will be able to observe rural properties used for agricultural and livestock activities near the city. If the weather is favorable, you will see colorful plants such as giant flower heliconias, and the possibility of observing animals such as capybaras, caimans, water turtles, herons, cormorants, carrion and birds of prey.
Upon arrival at our lodge, you will be greeted with a delicious nectar of Amazonian tropical fruits and taken to your comfortable room (bungalow), reserved for the occasion. Once installed, a succulent lunch will be waiting for you in our cozy rustic design dining room.
CAIMAN COACH:
In the afternoon, you will be led by our specialized guide through an interpretative trail conveniently marked to the Cocha Caiman, a small dode lagoon where you will have the chance to observe the black and white caiman. Efficient predators located at the top of the food chain, which live from the abundant water fauna of the cocha, represented by fish species.
In the late afternoon, you will witness the spectacular Amazon sunset, an experience full of color in overwhelming ranges and intensities.
When you return to the lodge, a delicious dinner will be waiting for you and you will have free time to share unforgettable moments in our bar, equipped with an excellent board game room and provided with all the drinks you can imagine.
The nocturnal fauna will be in charge of lulling you to the tune of an infinity of songs and voices of diverse birds.
The birds of paradise will sing to wake you up refreshed. A succulent breakfast will provide you with the energy needed for a morning full of new experiences.
LOST COACH:
After breakfast, we will begin an adventure through the virgin forest, accompanied by our local guide; we will hike into the deep forest: we will go through trails prepared from our very well preserved interpretative circuit.
On the way, we will cross temporary watercourses called caños, through bridges in very good condition and we will witness the widest range of species of flora and fauna in a wild state. We will see a great variety of ornamental plants of incomparable beauty.
On the way to the Lost Cocha, we will identify species of fruit, forest and medicinal trees that support animal populations in the Amazon forests.
With luck, we will be able to see larger mammals such as the jaguar, the sachavaca and the huangana; rodents such as the giant otter, the ronsoco, the majaz and the armadillo; primates such as the howler monkey and the puffin; reptiles such as the iguana and the jergon; amphibians such as the toad and birds such as the guan, the partridge, the golden parakeet and the red, blue and yellow macaw.
Rivers leave behind wetland systems, lakes, oxbow lakes and meanders, such as the spectacular Cocha Perdida.
Wetlands play a very important ecological role, as they represent a substantial biological focus with endemic species. They are a refuge for mammals. These wetlands make up seventy percent of the area that Eco Amazonía Lodge protects and restores.
The presence of the aguaje is very important for the Amazonian ethnic groups. It is a plant of mystery. The aguaje is the mother of the forest or tree of life.
The aguajal shelters jealous guardians such as the feline jaguar considered the son of the aguajal, the anaconda, the largest snake in the world, the owl that sees everything from its abode at the top of its crown to give relief to all evils, and the black caiman guardian who punishes anyone who dares to tear down the female aguajes.
Once in the Lost Lake, we will ascend to a huge observation platform. From this viewpoint, you will appreciate the enormous surface that covers this magical place where you can see two types of aguajales: dense and mixed.
Then we will take a pleasant walk around the Lost Lake and if we are lucky, we will be able to see the "giant otter" Pteronurabrasiliensis, the largest of its kind and one of the most impressive animals in the Amazon.

MONKEY ISLAND (OPTIONAL)
In the afternoon, accompanied by our specialized guide, we will visit Monkey Island, located a few minutes from the lodge in the heart of the Madre de Dios River. This island shows an enormous variety of exuberant flora and is home to many primate specimens, such as the maquisapa, capuchino and the frailecillo and leoncillo. In addition to other species of small mammals, such as the coati (Nasua), the squirrel and an enormous variety of colorful birds.
Finally, we will complete our visit of the island, enjoying the sunset, with the most impressive sunset in the jungle.
Back at the lodge, you will be able to enjoy an exquisite farewell dinner.
After a refreshing night's rest, the powerful vocalizations produced by the howler monkey's vocal apparatus, whose sound is amplified mainly by its hyoid bone, warn the visitor that he is in his domain and that the time has come to leave.
